Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price and not including the initial shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs. The few cases in which we may not be able accept a return are as follows:
- Special order instruments from overseas that are not normally kept in stock. Examples of this would include many of the Moeck & Mollenhauer instruments from Germany. These items can only be returned to us at our descretion and if we decide the items can be returned, they may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Personalized pennywhistles and ocarinas can not be returned.
- Custom made instruments that require a deposit can only be returned at our descretion.
